Sign in with Apple . Issues (IOS)

I have two problems with Sign in with Apple
1-On the login page when I click the button it works fine, but I find the following two problems (See Attachments)
A- The problem is that the username does not appear in the application
B- When I go to the users screen in the control panel, I find that the Apple ID is repeated about 4 times, and
therefore the application does not understand the frequency of the Apple ID
2- On the new registration page, when you click on this button, the app crashes
Note, there is no problem with the login button for Facebook or Google
