Set up Applie In App Purchase - Xamarin

We are trying to set our subscription app in the app store but we are having some setup complications. We are able to subscribe while testing but not when a user tries in production.

Looking for someone that has successfully set up an app that allows subscription in the app store. Also someone that did it with a Xamarin app.
