Screen sharing from IOS device to Miracast Receiver

I want to build a demo app with the following features:
- Scan/select Miracast Receiver
- Using Replay Kit to share screen to selected Miracast Receiver

Please let me know the cost and time to do the above demo first
Then based on the demo I will decide to develop the app or not
