Smartphone app shows how much you'll save when you switch to an all-electric car. A functional spec would be provided including an upgrade path. App would need to work on both iPhone and Android and submitted to App Store and Play Store. An NDA would need to be signed in advance. I've worked for Tesla and have 20+ years experience in s/w development, mostly pc dev.
