Redeploy old IOS apps

Hello there,
PLEASE READ THE PROJECT BEFORE PROPOSING.
We are looking for someone who has experience in exporting the IOS apps to the Apple store, we have old written apps that use a couple of tools like Fastlane. All apps have the same source code but it uses FastLane to make different targets.
The app is written in obj C and we have the source code of it.
Last month we got an email from Apple Developer support saying that the app should be updated to stay available on the store. So we need someone to Update it to the least apple guidelines.
All the apps should be updated from v8 to 9, once they are sent to the App Store they should be ready for TestFlight where we can see if they work properly. Once verified, they can be sent for verification.
Please propose your cost and time frame.
