Rebuild iOs App From Existing Code + Deploy to TestFlight

We successfully built an app last year which was deployed to TestFlight and has since expired.
We no longer have a Mac in-house, and need someone familiar with React Native + Xcode who can rebuild from the existing source and get the app active again in TestFlight.
Can share code + invite to developer account for completion, looking for quick turnaround as this should be a simple job for someone familiar.
