React native IPhone application

Hi,
I need someone to help me in these tasks in react native and firebase the dead line in 3 weeks
It is a react native app for election signatures like docuSign application (if you use it you will know understand the tasks more ) and I created the interfaces

7- upload pdf in firebase storage
8- navigation of the pages after pdf file upload

9- user can invite other signers by there email to sign the same document with him and The signers are also users ( business transactions)
10- edit,delete signers email and name
11- implementation (i need to sign document with other signers ) 12- implementation of add signature, stamp , time, date , text to pdf
13- save pdf file with (signature, stamp , time, date , text) in firebase + *in my documents*

17- implementation of get document report that contain who signed or didn't sign and the time and date of signing the document from firebase .
19- implementation of sign document (in my documents page ) this option only available for the signers who were invited by document owner from here they can sign the document

23- upload user signatures in fire base + *implementation* + *make sure of the size of signature*
24 - upload user stamp in firebase + *implementation* + *make sure of the size of stamp*
25 - create signature page -upload in firebase + mange the size
26- implementations of set signature as default and delete
27- implementations of set stamp as default and delete

if anyone can do it in the given dead line please massage me my budget is 400$
