Put built IOS app on Apple App Store

I have an app with all of the code already built and saved in a file. The app code functions. I want to hire to launch the app on the App Store as I don’t have a Mac. I will send the design and logo files that are already designed. The job requires the app getting launched on Apple App Store. Any final touches necessary such as screenshots etc to get the app launched as required by Apple is included in this request
