Publish our IOS App which is Social Audio Platform ( similiar to Clubhouse) to Appstore

Challenges and possible resons to get rejected 1) We have 2 Factor Phone number Authentication with Firebase at Login . But Apple testers dont give us option to give demo phone number and , they only ask for email id and Password ( howwill you manage it ) 2) Lot of time Apple testers , object by saying , dont ask for 2FA (2 Factor Authentication and Registration ) but let users browse the Free Features . How to handle it 3) We have Privacy Policy , Terms and Conditions and Community guidelines , clearly drafted , But we dont know , what metadata , we need to update , what age restriction we need to create, do we need to create any flow process Video while PUBLISHING . We dont want any loss of time in rejections .
