Project developer and new media marketing expert

We are looking for a project developer/consultant for an app for both iPhone and android, with visual and auditive media. This is a long term, we need help from funding to start to finish, launching, and advertising. The app is bilingual, English and Spanish, so a bilingual individual is a plus.
