Play Sound of Video on Iphone

https://www.420portal.com/420Portal Do you see the 7th media. (i attached a screenshot of the media) It's a cartoon video. Click the media. There is no sound. I need you to have it play sound.

This works currently on android but not iphone. I want it to work on iphone as well.
I would like this completed ASAP!
