Hi, I have a rental home in DeLand, FL that I haven't seen in person in 5+ years and a renter just moved out. It's a mess right now, but I need someone to go through and document the entire inside and outside of the house. I'm not looking for photoshop or anything special I'm looking for someone going through and documenting the whole house. An iphone would even work. I have professional photos so that's not what the job is, but I'm looking for something inexpensive so I can lay eyes on the entire house again. I have a code to the lockbox so you could go anytime as well. Please let me know the cost if interested. You can send the photo's via an iphone album as well. It could be 30 minutes of work.
