Person with Mac for Deployment iOS mobile apps (built with ionic framework)

We have several apps on ionic Angular framework and we would like someone that would be able to regularly deploy the apps on apple store - for testing as well as for production. The payment could be by deployment, hour or similar and we could have an initial milestone as well. We have a challenge that the developers of the app need to have an APple virtual environment on their PC so we are looking at someone that is very familiar with mac and apple and would deploy apps faster. The person would be able to follow a build process that is defined with github etc and follow up to the deployment on the app store
