Online restaurant ordering app

Need an app for online ordering from restaurants that can then communicate to restaurant Point of Sale system. App must be able to have customer be able to reorder their future purchases by capturing all their info including preferred credit card for payment.

Would also like to have a way to track deliveries. App must be available to IOS and Android users.
