Offline mode for webview in iOS app in Swift

We need to develop native iOS app in Swift using web view with offline cache. It was not possible in React Native due to restrictions, but we believe we can achieve this in Swift in native app.
The website is already implemented and we would need to store every single page in every language into cache so the application can work in offline mode. App store may have some restrictions using web view, so please keep them in mind.
