Need a way for user download my ios app without appstore

My ios app has issue publishing on appstore. Hence, I need you to provide me the best and most convenient solution for all iPhone user able to install my app without using the appstore. I found that there are many app out there able to install without appstore. Kind of like download a configured profile on iPhone settings, and it will install the app. Or you may provide me any simpler/ more convenient way for user to install my ios app without appstore
