Need some help publishing an IOS app to app store

Hello,
I have an app already made, tested with simulator, no problems, the issue is with:
Xcode couldn't find any iOS App Development provisioning profiles matching or No "iOS Distribution" signing certificate matching team ID.
I need somebody to help me add the required certificate, i have an valid ios developer account.
I'm using macincloud and i need somebody to help me over teamviwer to can upload the app, just resolve the certificate issues.
