Need iPhone App Designer For Augmented Reality Application

Im a magician and I’m looking for an affordable app designer to design an app that will display any selected playing card in a deck of 52 cards in your hand when you golf your hand out in front of your camera. The app will need to mimic the iPhone’s camera app and the playing card must look authentic as if a real card is in your hand.
