Need iOS engineer to create new home page in current application

We are revamping our homepage and need an iOS engineer who knows swift to create a new home page within our current application. The new home page has some expert-level functionality, so the engineer should be comfortable taking direction and making sure the functionality works properly with the directions given. There is some backend integration using APIs to serve products as this application is a dual-sided marketplace.
