Need help with successfully uploading Unity Xcode to Testflight for distribution to testers

I basically need simple workflow I can follow to successfully work with Testflight. I have attempted to upload Unity XCode to Testflight and getting error: iOS Distribution Missing Keychain, or Not in Keychain? Not sure exact verbiage of the error). $50 flat
