Need expert for updating a social app for ANDROID and/or IOS

For our social app we are looking for an expert developer that will update the native ANDROID and IOS APP version (Iphone/Ipad).
Mostly of the project is still developed for PC version. What we need is an update of the ANDROID and IOS version. Main reference will be the PC version.
