Need to exist code to make it fit to renewal app

Hi we would like to hire IOS DEV
WE HAVE A EXIST APP which running it on play and App Store as live .but we are trying to make it renewal it app.
We have finished it api and Android but ios which need to exist code currently to new UI design ( we already connected api for old swift code)
We would like to use olde swift code for new app feature cuz it module is 80 percent is same but UI is different.
