Need a developer familiar with wifi P2P and mesh networks

Build a small (6 - 8 screens) hybrid app that works on iOS and android.
Experience in modern messaging apps is required, and wifi/bluetooth.

The application is simple if the provider is experienced, so we are mainly looking for someone with good communication skills to award this job to.

The provider should be ready to keep enhancing the app until the initial conditions are met and that it is bug free. The provider will then assist in the release in both stores, and remain available for the first bugs in the 1 month to follow the release.
