Need an app built on google app store and Apple app store

Hi,

I am looking for a person who has experience in build app on the ios and android platforms and also need experience in building a customer login data base for customer sign up and login feature and more details will be give upon taking on the project.

Also an contract will be signed once the applicat successful applicat.
