Need Mass Production for 2D Game Themes / Skins

We currently already have an app on the App Store and have already implemented a skins feature. Only problem is we are not happy with our current designs and are in need for a good game designer to redesign the themes and make us even more themes for each game. Regarding budget it is just a place holder. We are looking to build a long term relationship so we will speak about this if we choose you to be the correct designer for us. w
