Need Flutter developer to create app using cognito or firebase

Need a flutter application which can run on web/IOS/android with landing page that has list of products(use any mock products) and ability for a user to add into cart. Cart should maintain its state even when user is not logged in. Also app should able to have users login/logout(can use built in login components) using firebase or Amazon cognito.
App should be able to support any basic authentication like faceID or biometrics
