Need App Development For My Business.

I'm looking to build IOS and Android for my grocery shop (wholesale/retail). Now we are running grocery store but in traditional way. we have warehouse to store all the goods. and customer come to our warehouse to buy it. (wholesale/retail). so now we want to have an app to make our customer be able to view all of our stuff online and also could place order and pay online. we have cooperation with local logistic company. and we will contact that company to send the goods to our customer. we also want our app to allow another people to create a shop on it too. to make it one stop shopping place. to attract more user. and I check around to get some ideas about the app and my friend introduced one business which they are specialize in clothing only but now they are also selling grocery thing like us. and after I checked their app, I found their app work like what I want. that's why I want to have exactly the same app. please check attachment for more detail.
