Mobile developer needed to make a working game prototype

Description:
I am looking for a talented mobile game developer to put my vision into a reality. This is phase 1 - create a high level working prototype. The essence of the game is to allow users to submit an image into one ore more "tournament." Other users will view the entries for each round, and then vote for a winner. Winners would then move up in the tournament.
The prototype must show the below processes:
* the image submission process
* the voting / image battles
* the player profile including selection and modification of avatar
