Mobile application Developer

Greetings, I am currently looking for Andriod/iOS developer to help me improve my current Mobile application , I am looking to add-on a few new features in my application. The application is more of like a social media platform and I would explain it in detail once we start discussing about it . I am also open to hire the person as a full time CTO for my startup depending on the quality of work we can discuss about terms.
