Mobile App Dev - React Native Development | Converting already built iOS app (swift) to React Native

Hello Everyone!
Our company has built an iOS mobile application that has been live for a few years now! We are now wanting to expand to Android and web and re-launch the iOS app with the new React Native app as well (so we can maintain a single codebase). We also are rebuilding the existing app with redesigned elements and have full mockups, the BE is mostly built, and we are now ready to build!
This is a long term job - there will be a lot more work to go! We want to pay hourly so we can keep rolling and build this mobile app up to be awesome!
Most of the backend is already built and the iOS app can be referenced for usability as well as very in-depth wireframes. We also have full mockups in Zeplin so the images can be easily exported. We're looking for someone to join the team and take lead in building the mobile app ground-up with pristine architecture in mind, using best practices in written code.
**About US:** We're a team of software engineers ourselves. So we understand the lingo, snags you may run into, and we aren't going to ask you to build a spaceship (so to speak). We've done client based work and understand your point of view on things.
