Market place app ios - I already have the designs/interactive mock-ups , just need someone to make it

In terms of requirements:

An App where a user can list items that they want to get rid of.

User functions:
User should be able to login/register
User should be able to create a profile
User should be able to search for items
User should be able to message other users about specific products on their listed items
User should be able to list their location
User should be able to search by location
User should be able to filter by type

Also need web dashboard for admin.
