Looking for fullstack developer to design a small app(android/ios)

I am looking for a fullstack developer to design both backend and phone app(android/ios). This is small collaboration app where people signup/login, select current city, create events, send messages within a group and receive a notification of the subscribe events/group messages.

I need a java in backend and app in both android/ios.
