Looking for Swift expert

looking for top professionals only to review our app since it has been developed by over 5 different developers and requires some clean up within the code to remove any unneeded code within the source code and to make it run faster and not load unnecessary things, we are trying to minimize lag as much as possible or any bugs that could occur.
The code is static UI
