Looking for a Swift and Swift UI expert for a brief task

I am looking for a swift developer (iOS) who knows Swift UI as well that can help me understand a few concepts. I am just starting to learn the syntax and need some guidance to further understand how to go about reading code and understanding outputs and minor bugs. I am also attaching a file with concepts I want to cover for my understanding, I just want to understand these concepts on a very basic level for confidence sake.
