Looking for Native Android & iOS Expert

We built own Mobile applications using Swift and Java and main function is to catch location, detect drop device and measure drop height and notify to user as background mode.
But app is not working properly on the background mode for both iOS and Android.
So I'm looking for mobile application expert to fix our current issue as soon as possible.
