I was 13 years old when I started this company, and I'm currently 20 years old! I have 5+ years of experience developing IOS apps! As an entrepreneur, you're always supposed to locate your strengths and weaknesses; I have found mine; I'm excellent at marketing and design! I'm not the best with app development!
Thus, I'm looking for a skilled developer to work long, long term to help create and bring my ideas to the marketplace! I've hired many developers in the past, and I fired all of them! It isn't easy to find someone who cares about your project and can envision your project as you can! So I'm looking for that gem of a developer who can relate and become excited for any projects I ask them to create!

Hidden Gem Developer - I'm looking for a young, hungry, communicative, self-motivated, creative, and that has our ancestors' work ethic! A disciplined & hard working person is vital to work for my company! The type of person who works non-stop to make sure the product is 100% up to par! The kind of person who still does something they have to accomplish even though they're tired, going through something mentally no matter the circumstances!
Moral Ethics - Also, one requirement is that you must have business morals and ethics!
Deadlines Driven - I'm a very strict boss; I live by deadlines; when I set it, it needs to be done! I live by one motto "how you do one thing is, how you do everything," so if you're the type of person who half-asses everything, this relationship will not end well; I can promise you that now! I want someone who is actually reading all this, not just skimming through it; they need to be willing to put in an incredible amount of effort into everything they do!
Apps & Games - Types of projects you'll be creating are apps and games! You need to be proficient in both development fields! I want an all-around developer! Apps will need to be made for IOS & Andriod!
Coding Languages - Must be proficient in Java, OBJ C, Swift, & C++! Must be proficient in Unity Or Unreal Engine to develop games.
