Kotlin and Swift App Developer needed

Hi, my name is Michael and I run a successful tennis coaching business in Australia and have so for over 22 years.
Over the last year I have been working with my cto in developing a tennis coach app for coaches, students and parents.
We have a social media reach of 500k through our ambassadors which are ready to launch when the app can be released.
We have world renowned fitness trainers design our fitness tests, and former world number 1's who run international academies wanting to use the app.

The app is largely completed on Android through kotlin. In ios minor work has been done. My cto is having health issues and needs to step back.

PAYMENT TERMS - 1 payment when Android complete, with the final payment at the end of ios being the major payment.
Our PREFERENCE is to have a developer join as a partner, where they will receive a percentage of profits for a far lower project payment and ongoing maintenance and updates. We would rather someone who wants to be part of this project.
We have 43 academies from different parts of the world register on our website already, with ZERO advertising.
The current backend is being hosted/supported by Back4App. This is built on Parse Server and using AWS behind the scenes. In the iOS/Android apps, we're using their client-side SDKs to interact with the server. I have written a lot of server-side code (in JavaScript) to implement some of the more complex functions, which then allows for reuse in both mobile apps. This includes code that handles server-side events from Stripe.
