Ios objective c

I have objective C small game with numbers, its a bit old and I want to upgrade, sizes are made for iphone 6 and small ipad, I want to be universal sizes, and if it is possible to convert to swift, bit primary is to change size of game.
Its showing good on bigger iphone and bigger ipad but not right size.
Can someone make it on my budget 40$
And for swift if it can convert lets discus for price
