IPA Spotify Tweak

I want to tweak my own IPA Spotify where you do not need a premium membership to simply skip songs without ads.
The goal is to be able to easily download the Spotify / + app on my site with an iOS device without a jailbreak phone.
There are already some who have such a Spotify app, I downloaded the iPA file from this guy who has a Spotify+ app to my Dropbox and linked the iPA file link with a download button, when downloading with an iOS device the message Spotify.app.Zip (Download) appears, when I download it only loads a zip file and the app is not installed.
If you know what you are doing then I am ready to work with you.
