IOS web view apps that could be accepted for sure in apple app store

i need your help in creating a web view application for a web based E-commerce system built over laravel and publish to apple app store , the app should contain a splash screen , storyboard,interactive messages, one-signal push notifications and everything else necessary to be accepted by apple.
the application deployment to apple store and acceptance is your responsibility.
