IOS survey and pricing application

Application needed for conducting a survey and bringing price options
I now need an application to assist me with this website.
- a bespoke application, which will allow my salesman to do the survey and enter customer details & photos of the property.
- customer would then choose their bespoke package for boiler and a price would be generated.
- the price would either be acceptable or move to quotation. The invoice or quotation would be emailed directly from the app to the customer along with attached PDF.
- The back dashboard would allow me to send my employees the sales appointment and would have a log of when the survey was completed and if it was order placed or quotation. A PDF would be downloaded for the quotation or invoice alongside the survey notes.
