IOS app add 3 new features

Risking the app for ios swift. Also, do small changes like auth login and invite via firebase. Payment only after the app is accepted to the apple store! Do all changes necessary to get accepted into Apple store before payment. Will need to make changes if needed to get accepted. May also ask for diawi or testflight example. Show examples of ios apps you have done. Need to add 3 different features. Budget is up to $900. Looking for a long-term relationship. This is a test project.
