IOS App development - Service platform

I have a project idea that i would like to discuss and develop a full scope and development plan. The app will be similar to Uber and allow users to search based on location and see available services in the area and allow services to list on the platform. I am happy to discuss costs after planning out more about the nuts and bolts of the app. The app will be targeted on the Australian market and be listed in the Apple app store and potentially the google play store.
