Hidden Message/Graffiti App
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Looking for someone to design and create an app that people can leave messages for 24 hours wherever they want in the world through their phone. For example.
When the app is open and is pointing at the Eiffel Tower, there will be messages all over it through other users inputting words or sayings there. Each message can be clicked on and be hearted or disliked, and you can choose to follow that user.
In a way, this is graffiti through phone.
I will need this designed, created and uploaded to Google and Apple stores.
