HTML and CSS PWA Builder

HTML and CSS PWA Builder.
My Application makes HTML and JS for each export. I need to be able to make these in to a PWA.

Requirements:

Build social Login - Ask user to login
All File upload of CSS and HTML File - ASK User to name app.
Use https://uppy.io/or other for uploading.

Only allow one html and JS file.

Once uploaded - Present user with option to add ICON.
Resize ICON to correct sizes - examples:

Present user with feedback - fail or success.
