Grocery Delivery -Simple App (ios) + Website

- What is the monthly tech support cost?
I want you to build me a basic, simple grocery delivery app and website. Again, this is basic and doesn't need too many features. The point of this app and website is to attract a lot of funding from investors, so there won't be too many features. I want the company colors to be black, white and green. Please use UBER font as well.
- I need an app and website that delivers groceries to the customers door. You need to code the app and website in such a way that we take the customer's location and the grocery store location determine the travel time. If the travel time between the grocery store and customer location is greater than 1.5 hours, then that order can not be processed. On the UI or front-end, the customer must see a message that says "grocery delivery not available within your vicinity. please check again later". My goal is to deliver groceries within 2 hours (traveling time on road + shopping for groceries in the store).
First, the customer needs to make a safe and secure payment online through debit ,visa card, etc. Also, I will have drivers delivering the groceries. They need to be given the location and turn by turn navigation to reach the customer. The customer must be able to see the duration time for the groceries to reach their door. For example, the app must say "15 minutes away from you" while the driver is on the way. The app must show the driver car's color and model type and license plate ,so the customer approaches the right car.
Again, I need the app and website to look very neat and nice to attract funding from investors. I don't have enough funding to fully launch my company at a large scale operation.
