Games Developer or Apps developer for ios/android

We are looking a games/apps developer for ios/android, the project is relatively small, we need to make an educational apps or a simple games for both ios/android based.
The main point of the games/app is that user would be able to make a purchase from the games/apps(in app purchase) using their credit balance from the network where they are located and also google pay and apple pay.
We are going to deploy the games and apps in AU and UK region.
