1. Need to be able to meet any requirement quickly, and able to learn quickly for any knowledge gaps

1. Attend all regular and daily calls
2. Be available at a moments notice via WhatsApp
3. Provide regular updates in writing and on calls
4. Workload can be 45-60+ hours a week - this is focused on outcomes by timeline, not a clock in and clock out role
