Food delivery Ios app

Looking for another IOS developer to help aid me in building the next big food delivery app.
- the app included the ability to order bulk meals, add chefs ( who can add their plates)
- an admin panel to chefs and admins( founders)
- Ability to run ad coupons and sales.
- Ability to post happy hour specials for certain times
- create and upload meals
- send out text notifications when a chef has updated their menu
-allow chefs to link their Instagram
- video content by the chef can be posted
- Ability to manipulate restaurant's schedules.
-Other customary things for a food app
You must have extensive UI and swift experience --> portfolios are required
