Folder Mobile App for Accounts and Services

Seeking the following:
- Simple folder style User Interface
- Create simple user profile (upload photo, name, email, phone)
- Users can create folders and assign Accounts and Services to these folders
- Accounts and services to be linked with API's
- Ability to push messages and notifications to the app

I have a working demo model via a UI tool that I can share with the chosen bidder.
